Publicity Policies and Procedures

All publicity will be handled by the Publicity
Coordinator(s).

The Herald-Guide and the Times Picayune including
the Times Picayune River Parish Section will be notified for upcoming
registration dates as well as Annual Meetings. Only free advertising
options are to be used for publicity.

The monthly board meetings will only be listed on
the DBC website under the News Flash page.

The website is only to be use to advertise
information regarding the Destrehan Booster Club’s functions,
announcements and sponsors. You can email the webmaster if you have
information or pictures that you would like to have posted on our website.

The Ormond Blvd. sign will be used to display
information related to the Destrehan Booster Club’s functions,
announcements and sponsors.
